When will my box be sent?

For orders placed before 3pm AEDT (Monday - Friday) we offer same day shipping Australia wide. If you order after 3pm it will be sent the following business day. We ship Australia wide to all capital cities & regional towns in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin & Canberra.

Can my box arrive on a specific date?

Absolutely! We do our best to work in with Australia Post to have your box delivered on the day you require.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If, however, one of your items is missing or damaged, please contact us: hello@unboxme.au

Can I build my own gift box?

Yes! With our Build Your Own Box option, you can handpick every item to create a gift as unique as the person receiving it.

I’d like to gift the box in person — can you send it to me instead of the recipient?

Absolutely! We can deliver your gift box directly to you so you can present it yourself, or we can send it straight to your recipient’s door anywhere in Australia. Either way, it will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to delight.
